Day 1: Hygiene
I’m going to make you into a completely new slave, just the way I want you. This could be the best day of your new life. The best thing is to start from here. No boring stuff about washing and smells, but a hard approach with a tough lesson.
Day 2: Movement
The sweat will break out and you can expect a lot of tension (in different places). I’m going to seriously put you to the test! You might even have a very good day…
Day 3: Nutrition
New extended daily program with many assignments in between. Or I’ll put you on your back and tie you to a chair with a funnel in your mouth. You won’t be sitting still, but if all went well you’ve just survived day 2… so I have confidence in you!
Day 4: Relaxation
If I see that a slave has done his best to please or entertain me, I’ll show my appreciation. If you think I’m going to pamper you, then you’re in for an unpleasant surprise!
Day 5: Submission
Undergo submission. There’s no room for questions or delays. You may nod if you’ve understood it..
Day 6: Psychological assignment
A new experience you’ve probably never had before. Today I crawl into your head… Very deep psychological things… Welcome to my grip, slave!
Day 7: Reward for good behavior
If you’ve been an obedient slave, I’ll reward you… I hadn’t said it yet. Day 6 and 7 you’ll get from me together.
Day 8: Concentration assignment
This might as well have been a psychological assignment. Today I’ll have you busy all day for me, slave.
Day 9: Painful assignment
Sometimes you have to grit your teeth, like today. Just bend over and take it! I think I might even lock you up today…
Day 10: Recovery day
I’ve decided to add this assignment at day 11 as an extra reward. Then I’ll let you catch your breath with less intensive tasks. Otherwise I’m afraid you might give up.
Day 11: Humiliation
Are you ready for an embarrassing task you’d rather not do? I’ll see if you dare.
Day 12: Another painful situation
Do you think you’re ready for a new painful assignment? You’re in good hands with me! I’ll watch how you react and meanwhile I’ll look for reasons to be able to hurt you even more…
Day 13: Uncomfortable assignment
Not everything has to be painful… Sometimes it’s just entertaining to see you fumble…

What’s in your head that you don’t dare to say? Today you have a few challenging assignments that can change your life.
Day 15: Evaluation
That you’ve come this far shows that you’re obedient. It’s time to celebrate this together!
